Our Inclusive Leadership Public Programs aim at providing participants awareness and tools to create an even more inclusive workplace by leading in a more conscious manner.

Our face-to-face and virtual open-enrollment programs are engaging and interactive, consisting of real-life business examples, case studies, reflections, and small group conversations for experience sharing and peer learning.


INCLUSIVE LEADERS

Research increasingly indicates that diversity, inclusion and belonging lead to both better business performance and more engaged and high performing teams. Diverse teams are more innovative and have been better able to weather the pandemic. In addition, employees in inclusive organisations bring their best selves to work.

This in-depth, engaging and interactive workshop will provide participants with the tools needed to be more inclusive. Participants will explore our roadmap to inclusive organisations, including the steps and best practices to creating an inclusive workplace culture. Participants will also have the opportunity to examine any biases that may prevent inclusion and concrete behaviours they can practice to be more inclusive. The workshop consists of real-life business examples, case studies, reflections and peer sharing.

  • How to develop an inclusive mindset and behaviours
  • Generational diversity – Gen Z, Y, X and the aging workforce
  • Embracing LGBTQ+ and differently abled employees

DAY 2

  • The inclusive leader
  • Gender diversity – Accelerating the journey toward gender equality in Asia
  • Cross-cultural diversity – communicating and collaborating across cultures
  • D,E & I – the way forward

DEVELOPING COACHING AS A LEADERSHIP STYLE 

This engaging and interactive program will provide participants with an introduction to the key concepts of coaching. Participants will increase self-awareness of their leadership style and identify their strengths and areas for development. Participants will also develop a coaching mindset and improve their key coaching skills. After the program, participants will be able to utilise their coaching mindset to provide timely and effective feedback to their teams. The workshop consists of real-life business examples, case studies, reflections and peer sharing.
